What type of project do you have?
Our project scope are only ground-up residences and commercial buildings, MAJOR residential remodels, condominium unit renovations, interior fit-out of commercial establishments. We do not do residential repair works, structural retrofitting, if not including interior renovation.
Where is your project located?
We can only cater to projects within Metro Manila (except Muntinlupa City), San Mateo and Antipolo City.
What is the size of your lot?
Please be ready with this information so we can provide you with a ballpark estimate on how much your project will cost.
Do you have a budget in mind?
Our projects fall within a certain price range:
Ground-up Residential and Commercial: at least 5 million pesos
(within Metro Manila except Muntinlupa City, San Mateo, Antipolo only)
Major Residential remodel: at least 1.5 million pesos (within Metro Manila except Muntinlupa City, San Mateo, Antipolo only)
Condominium unit renovation: at least 1,500,000 pesos (within Metro Manila except Muntinlupa City, San Mateo, Antipolo only)
Commercial fit-out: at least 1,500,000 pesos and above (within Metro Manila except Muntinlupa City, San Mateo, Antipolo only)
Project Outside Geographical Scope: at least 10 million pesos
