Archadius Construction Corporation was founded in June 2021 by architects Jose "Kiko" Fernandez and Gerald Berciles. Both founders have first hand experience as a customer and builder, and they realized the need for a reliable, trustworthy, and professional contractor who caters to ordinary middle-class Filipinos. The COVID-19 pandemic also highlighted the importance of having a beautifully designed and well-constructed living space for our mental health, and the company was established to cater to the needs of homeowners who wanted to improve their standards of living through renovations, remodeling, and alterations.

Since then, the company has expanded to offer a wide range of residential and commercial construction services, including ground-up construction and renovations for condominiums, restaurants, shops, and offices. At Archadius Construction Corporation, we pride ourselves on our unique systems that begin with sales and extend through project execution. Our aim is to bridge the communication gap between homeowners and builders, and to build trust with our clients through transparent communication and exceptional service. Archadius Construction Corporation began as a small start-up with only two employees (the founders) and two construction workers. With hard work and dedication, we have since grown our team to include 30 members, consisting of architects, engineers, project managers, support staff, and skilled construction workers. In addition, we have established partnerships with three design firms, allowing us to provide comprehensive design and build services to our clients.
